Every Muslim is obliged to consume only that which Allah (SWT) has deemed permissible. Recognizing this responsibility and its implication on spiritual health, Halal Meat Monitoring Initiative (HMMI) was established in order to inquire, verify, and disseminate the information necessary to ascertain the permissibility of the meat source.
